• Leslie Giordani attends the Starlight Starbright Children's Foundation's Annual Gala in New York, New York. She made a personal donation on behalf of GSBT to provide a new electronic play station for the hospitalized, critically-ill children.

• Participates annually on a Mission Team from First United Methodist Church, Austin, Texas, to The Four Corners Native American Ministry, Shiprock, New Mexico, a ministry helping Native Americans in the Four Corners area of the United States.
• Mission co-coordinator for The Austin Trekkers, a men's group mostly from Austin, Texas who camp in Big Bend National Park and participates in an annual charitable activity in the Park and surrounding areas.

• Serves on the Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Ballet Austin.
• Legal Advisor to the Ballet Austin Foundation.
• Serves on the Planned Giving Committee for the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, Austin, Texas.

• Board Member and President (2007-2008) of the North Austin Soccer Alliance. NASA is one of the largest Central Texas soccer leagues promoting the game of recreational and advanced soccer for youth ages 5 to 18.
• Board Member of the Austin Soccer Development Group, Inc. ASDG in charge of the development and maintenance of the soccer facilities of NASA and its sister select soccer club, the River City Rangers.

• Weekly volunteer in the Youth Ministries at Fellowship Church Southwest

• Serves on the Board of Directors for the Austin Young Lawyer Association

• Founder and Board Vice President of Nets on the Run – a 501(c)3 organization that replaces deteriorated or missing basketball nets at public athletic facilities and provides athletic equipment to disadvantaged youth.
